The Keeping Place Properties, LLC has been in business since 2006 as C&B prior to earning TKPP name in 2009.

We renovate residences in the north Atlanta metro area, whether it’s a condo, a townhome or a house, and we go beyond just renewal by providing our costumers the opportunity to discuss their wishes with ample choices and ways to have their dream bath, kitchen or entire house become a reality.

Our business is costumer driven as we always carry the desire to see the smiles that result from the incredible transformations we deliver.
